5分以内でできるトレーニング、柔軟と腹筋と腕立てのサーキット。自分の体に合わせて長くしたり短くしたりして下さい。トレーニングを始めたての方は回数短め、ゆっくり丁寧に。

  • お腹の下の部分に力をためるように常に意識(お腹を引っ込めるような感じ)/ Keep your energy on your core
